CHALLENGE :
The challenge was to create a showcase that felt immersive and high-end, while keeping the visuals clear, smooth, and easy to understand for viewers on social media and listing platforms.
SOLUTION :
I created spatial motion videos that combine live footage with tracked motion graphics to highlight key selling points such as layout, room flow, features, and spatial dimensions. The result is a modern property showcase that feels premium, informative, and visually engaging.
