Problem :

Pepsi required a set of video assets tailored for multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent visual identity and clear messaging across each format.

Solution :

Created four platform specific videos using the core Pepsi Key Visual.

• Motion Poster animated the lead KV to feel like a static billboard brought to life.

• Social video staggered three messages, starting with a human moment before transitioning into product focus, using vertical scroll to mimic a live feed.

• Bumper video adapted the vertical structure into a forced view format designed to capture attention and hold it through the full runtime.

• TikTok video stripped back branding to create a short, native feeling execution aligned with platform behavior.

Challenge :

Maintaining brand consistency across formats while adapting motion, pacing, and layout for different platforms. Ensuring all brand details aligned precisely so transitions and animations felt smooth and intentional.
